More than four years ago, Khaludin came as refugee minor from Near East to Bechhofen and has found his new home here in Middle Franconia. Brush manufactory Zahn has continually supported him with all formalities, apartment search and language courses - a great example of a successful integration into the business world and German society.
Now, Khaludin has successfully completed his final examination for brush making. The requirements concerning the journeyman's piece (see picture, together with his trainer brush making master Friedrich Auerochs) and the practical exam were manifold:
Manual production of three different brush types in 12 different sizes, production of three different large brushes as well as machine supported production of a further brush series.
After completion of the production order came a written exam as well as an oral exam - related to the produced brushes - with questions about various brush materials and production methods.
We congratulate our new brush maker Khaludin on successfully completing his examination and thank him for the great cooperation in our brush manufactory. We wish him all the best in his adopted home Bechhofen!
