With ORBEX, we have developed a brush system that can be flexibly adapted to different working situations and requirements.

At the heart of the system is the innovative Ball-Click joint, which allows the brush head to be positioned at various stable angles. This creates new possibilities for comfortable, precise and ergonomic work – even where conventional brush geometries reach their limits.

At the same time, ORBEX follows a consistently modular approach: The reusable holder can be combined with different interchangeable brush heads. This allows the system to be flexibly configured for each application and used for a wide range of tasks. Instead of requiring a completely new brush for every application, the handle and brush head can be specifically matched to each other.

The idea behind ORBEX was born from the ambition to further develop existing brush solutions and create new functional possibilities. From developing the mechanism and selecting suitable components to practical implementation, the system was developed and optimised step by step at Zahn.
