Zahn Brush Manufactory invests in various digital communication platforms

The limited travel options and work organization in home office and shift work models lead to a great need for alternative, digital means of communication.

The Zahn brush manufacturer has now adjusted to this and offers now to business partners and employees the options of online video conferences, live-chats and a remote server access.

All desks in our sales, purchasing, production planning and organisation deparment have now access to Skype, Discord, MS Teams and Zoom and are equipped with headsets and cameras. 

Additionally, a seperate conference room for videocalls with a higher number of participants was established and the transmission capacity expanded.

Thanks to these measures the internal and external communication is optimized concerning efficiency, timing and cost.
